Pineapple Lily - Spring Bulbs

The Pineapple Lily, 'Eucomis Autumnalis' is a fancy plant with large white flowers that is really a tropical surprise. Remains interesting for a very long time. Beautiful dark green leaves provide contrast. The Pineapple Lily performs best in well-drained, sandy, humus-rich soil. Take care that the bulbs are planted just under the surface. In cold areas, lift the bulbs and store in a cool place over winter. When used as a pot plant, bring inside during winter when it has died down. Only start watering when the growth starts again.
